Our consciousness creates our experiences (both the part of our consciousness of which we are aware and the part unknown to us). In order to create something different for ourselves, we have to drill down into the parts of our consciousness of which we are unaware, and change those parts of our consciousness that are creating something we do not enjoy. Here is how:
